How To Order

It’s easy to place your order online. Once you've added items to your Shopping Bag, you'll follow these few simple steps to complete your order:

  • Review the items in your Shopping Bag
  • Fill out your shipping and billing information
  • Confirm and place your order using your payment method of choice
  • Print out your order confirmation number

Returns/Exchanges?

Purchases made on Fridaycollective.com can be returned via mail within 90 days of purchase.

Please have your order number and billing zip code on hand.  Start the self-service return process here, where you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to return your product, as well as the necessary prepaid Fedex shipping label for you to print out. 

If you receive a web order with an item that is damaged, follow the same process and click on the “Arrived Damaged” selection.  You’ll then be instructed to upload a photo of the damaged item to receive your refund.
